Status

Items can have one of the following statuses.

During item review:

• Not reviewed
  The item is not submitted for review yet, and it is possible to still edit the design.

• Under review
  The item was submitted and is undergoing review.

• Approved
  The item passed review and is approved. It can be set up for sale in the Holoearth app.

• Rejected
  The item application was rejected after review. Confirm the message displayed and make any necessary corrections before trying again.

• Restricted
  Item sales are temporarily restricted based on an admin decision.

• Cannot sell
  Item sales are permanently restricted based on an admin decision. Please understand that the item will not be available for use under any circumstances.

While selling:

• Saved
  The item is currently being created, and the design can still be edited.

• Sales not started
  The item is not currently for sale.

• Shop unregistered
  The item is not currently registered in a shop.
  Sales price and inventory are set, and the item is ready for sale.

• Selling
  The item is currently for sale in Holoearth shops, and other users can purchase it.

• Sales scheduled
  A sales start date is set, and the item is waiting for sales to start. Sales will begin automatically at the scheduled date & time.

• Sales paused
  The item creator has temporarily stopped selling the item, and other users are currently unable to purchase it.

• Sales closed
  The item is not being sold, due to no inventory, reaching sold-out status, the expiration of the sales period, etc.
