Item designs may be rejected if they meet any of the following:
Inappropriate designs
Designs that are determined to contain pornography / adult content, criminal activity, or the promotion of violence. Designs that may be inappropriate to a large number of users.
Designs that are political in nature or related to elections
Designs that may cause backlash or are determined to violate Japan’s Public Offices Election Act.
Designs with personally identifiable information
Designs that include an individual’s home address, phone number, social media handle, or other information.
Images that include the likeness of other individuals and are determined to violate the Right of Publicity under Japanese law.
Designs with imitations of other people's work or trademarked material
Designs that depict corporate/brand logos, established characters from other services, and the like. Designs that imitate official Holoearth items.
Designs that duplicate the same image
Duplicates of designs uploaded to sticker packs (in order to prevent issues with purchasers of sticker packs).
Designs that are not suitable
Designs where the image depicted is difficult to determine, the quality is too low, or data is corrupted.
Designs generated by AI tools
As this is a marketplace for users to share their user-made creations, AI-generated images are prohibited in principle.
Other Designs
If an item is reported by another user, the management team will investigate may prevent the item from being sold without prior notice. The same applies if the management team itself determines an item is inappropriate.
If any of the terms and conditions of the Creator Guidelines are violated, the use of this service may be restricted.
