While logged in to Holoearth, it is possible to cancel your Holoearth account in browser.
1. Log in to Holoearth.
2. You will be directed to an account page in browser. Click the "Delete account" button in the lower right.
3. A "Account Deletion" confirmation page will be displayed. Click the "Delete account" button to complete the process.
Warning when canceling an account:
Upon successfully canceling an account, you will no longer be able to use the following items and associated data.
We can not issue returns for items that were purchased with a canceled account, so please exercise caution when canceling an account.

・ HoloCoins
・ Purchased in-game items (Stickers, etc)
・ Items received during events
・ Data associated with the account
Upon canceling an account, we cannot respond to any inquiries related to the account that was deleted.
Furthermore, we are unable to revive any deleted accounts, so please exercise extreme caution when deciding to delete an account.
